30g Sea Kale
30g Hogweed
20g Ox Eye Daisy Leaf
1 Onion, halved & finely sliced
25g Sunflower Seeds
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1. Slice the hogweed stalk and fry in olive oil along with the onion.
2. After a few minutes season and add the sunflower seeds, pan fry these for about a minute.
3. Turn up the heat adding in the wild greens seasoning again and stir frying until they are just wilted, serve immediately.
