August brings a shift for our wild edibles - driving us out of the fields and towards the water. However, back in the fields there are a few unexplored resources.

This week on my ride home I was overwhelmed by the sweet aroma of Hawthorn Blossom.

We have recently been thinking about the kinds of people who would be most receptive to including wild food in their diet.

The words ‘wild’ and ‘wilderness’ are deeply evocative, yet they are often used without any real understanding of what is meant by them.
