Ingredients:
 

15g Alexanders stalks, chopped into 8mm pieces
20g Alexanders leaf, chopped finely
30g Black mustard, chopped finely
20g Ox-eye daisy stalks chopped into 8mm pieces
Half an apple, thinly sliced
100g white cabbage, thinly sliced
½ small red onion (about 30g) thinly sliced
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp ground coriander seed
¼ tsp cinnamon
Sea salt.

Method:

1. Mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and spices then mixed into the combined salad ingredients.
