This course is tailored for bartenders, brewers, distilleries and those developing cocktails and non alcoholic drinks.

The first half of the day will involve an excursion into Kentish woods and fields in search of wild aromatics and flavourings.

After a light lunch we will the adjourn to our test kitchen to explore the application of these flavourings to the creation of cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
