Truly there is no end to what you can use to infuse vinegars; and edible wildflowers are a perfect group to experiment with. - 15g Meadowsweet flowers
- 200ml cider vinegar.
1. Place flowers in a jar with cider vinegar and leave to infuse for at least a week before using in salad dressing and sauces or as a refreshing drink, adding a teaspoon or two to a glass of water.
